​​Do you take insurance?

I do not currently accept insurance. You can pay using HSA savings cards and I can provide a “super bill” that most insurance plans reimburse as an out of network provider.

 

How long does therapy last?

The typical session is approximately 50 minutes and the average number of therapy sessions is around 12 sessions. Some are able to achieve goals sooner and some need a little more time. We will work to set achievable and meaningful goals so you feel momentum along the journey however long your journey takes.
